The tin is *fabulous*. This tin would be proudly displayed on my desk @ work & would be used to store my pens, rulers, protractors scissors etc. Not a terribly exciting or unique use, I know, but I can assure you that I would be very happy looking @ it each day.

Lolly sent me over here so I could win this ADORABLE cup.... I have 2 boys who LOVE robots (ok, one loves them, the other loves chewing on them) - I would use it for their colored pencils so they'd want to craft with me all the time.

This is so awesome!!! I need to keep my knitting needles somewhere, and my case isn't big enough. But I think this robot cup will do the trick! Nice job!

Lolly sent me...such a cute little cup. Almost too cute to keep pencils in. Maybe I would use it for toothbrushes and redo my whole bathroom to a robot theme.

This tin would be perfect for keeping my husband's music office neat & tidy. There would finally be a place for his nerdy mechanical pencils, bic pens, sharpies, and rulers (for keeping his music ledger in line!). His birthday is the 10th, so great timing if we win this awesome tin! Thank you! P.S. Lolly sent me :)

How cool, my daughter loves robots, a great use for her craft area, came over from Lolly's blog and can't wait to see the other things you blog about.

Very, very cute tin! A match made in heaven for the crafty nerds among us.

I love making gifts. I would make a birthday group gift for my (nerdy) co-worker/friend and fill it with origami paper stars that can be unfolded. Each star would have a nerdy joke or inspirational quote from a famous scientist written on it (like a fortune cookie). These quotes would be collected by the group of friends making this gift.

The outside would be decorated (similarly to your 'pencils' label) with pictures of us friends that part-took in creating this gift.

WOOO-HOOOO. My boys are ga-ga over robots! All four of them. And...the best thing in the world is to watch the 10 year old teaching the 3 year old how to paint. I would certainly use it to house the ever growing stock of brushes.....

I saw the note about your giveaway on LollyChops' blog, and I can't not enter the giveaway-- this cup is so adorable! My physicist husband might not be so grumpy about having my pens all over the desk if they were collected together in this fabulous robot cup! I would ::love:: to win it :)
(and your blog is definitely going to be added to my google reader! I love your work!)

SOOOOOO cute! I would use it to attempt to regain control over my workspace on the computer desk... :-)

I came here from Lolly’s site and I have bookmarked your blog. I would proudly place it next to my funny woman vase that holds my rulers. I would use it to hold my watercolor pencils, pens, highlighters, flash drive and my craft muse Gippy who is lonely live on my shelf.

eeeeeeeeek. That is brills. Do I have to actually use it? I can't just carry it around with me and show it to random strangers on the bus? Actually, my sharpies would probably get pissed off if they knew I had such an awesome pen cup and wasn't letting them live in it.

Anonymous said...

that is super cool! I ned a pencil cupfor my desk - I tend to collect them and cant' find any pens in any other room. I have a trillion little pieces of paper and the extra little robots would come in handy to wrangle them up.

I would have to share this with my 4 1/2 yr old son. He has an "art center" lovingly built for him by my dad. He's one creative little guy, and loves all things robot.
Adorable!

I would use this on my desk at work and make everyone green with envy!

I totally love this cup. I saw the link on Lolly's blog and raced over here to enter. I hope I qualify...I live in Canada!

Rockin' cool cup. I'd use it in my office/craft room to hold my most beloved of pens and pencils.

Hi, Lollychops sent me over from her blog. Anyway, I would use that robot cup (OMG! It's just the cutest thing I've ever seen!) to hold things like resistors, capacitors, and diodes for crafting nifty altered art jewelry. That would be awesome. Everyone that would see it, would want it, and ask where I got it, and I could say, "I won it, cool, huh?" Then they would pick it up and shake it, then ask what I have in it I would carefully take it back out of their hands, tenderly set it back on my drafting table and say, " Wouldn't you like to know?" And smile ever so smuggley. He! He! He!

Sara said...

LollyChops pointed me very deftly to your blog (isn't she the greatest).
What would I use it the robot cup for? Well, that's easy. My colored pencils and colored sharpies...lately I've been in a lot of swaps and I like to decorate the envelope/box the items are mailed in. Why shouldn't the outside look as nice as the goodies inside?

Hey, Lollychops sent me! LOVE your robot pencil cup! Love it! I keep telling myself that I need to have a first giveaway on my blog too, but I can't decide what to giveaway.

This would be used to hold my boys' colored pencils when they are drawing/working at the table. But I might have to steal it for my desk because it's just so darn cute. I need some cute to hide all those boring financial statements.

jenahn said...

This pencil cup is so cute! I would keep it (full of colored pencils/markers) on my desk at work to remind me that my job is just my job and when I get home I can be as creative as I want to be.

Oh my goodness! That is just the cutest thing! I love this robot fabric, I think I need to go find some on Etsy. Well, if I had this "cup" I would probably use it to hold some of my quilting pens, pencils and various supplies.

Anonymous said...

This would be great to hold my scissors, rulers, and pens on my craft table - just last night I was cleaning up the table, trying to organize the things on it and I put all those items in a soup can, knowing (hoping) that this was a temporary solution. But with toddlers, who know how fast I will be able to get to it. I mean, I'd have to plan to craft a solution, right?! Your beautiful robot would be a great inspiration to have on the table!
